We're building the best coach for in-person sales ever built: reps record every in-person meeting from our app, and our AI turns it into precise, personalized coaching. Thousands of reps already run on COACH, and we're live with the top 5 in-person sales companies in France, lifting conversion rates by 32% on average.

The Problem

85% of sales in the world happen face-to-face. In-person selling is brutally hard: a rep alone in someone's living room, reading signals, handling doubts, feeling the exact moment to push.

The best reps catch what no playbook can teach. 20% of them bring in 80% of the revenue, and nobody knows what they're doing differently. The only way to find out is to physically be there: a ride-along, a full day, 100 km of driving to watch a single meeting. It doesn't scale.

The Team

At 18 and 21, we built Alsace Test: a 44-rep field sales team that did €3.5M in 14 months. Alsace made us fall in love with in-person sales, obsessed, actually.

One thing was driving us crazy: same product, same material, same training, and one guy closed 4× more than the others. We were driving 2,000 km a week just to watch reps sell.

So we asked them to record themselves. Suddenly, without moving, we were listening to 10 hours of meetings a day. That was COACH before COACH.

In an AI-driven sales world, we're deeply convinced Zoom sales and call centers will soon be replaced by AI agents. Face-to-face selling will be the last human job on Earth. We're betting on it.
