The Problem
62% of all companies still rely on legacy software and systems. Many of these systems are manual, outdated, and inefficient. In the age of AI, legacy software giants attempt to "duct tape" AI onto their tools—but the result is a mangled mess that can't actually do anything useful. Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and generic "AI" sidebars in every application fall short of what enterprises and consumers need.
Teams need a way to automate work directly inside the tools they're already familiar with.
The Solution
Starting with the entire Google and Microsoft Suite, o11 has enabled hundreds of companies to automate presentation, spreadsheet, and document generation directly within their workflow. Teams using o11 no longer need to move from app to app or deal with agents that merely "provide insights." They can actually do things in these tools, and do them fast.
o11 began with a Microsoft PowerPoint plugin built for finance professionals facing legacy software, no AI, and tons of grunt work. Financial teams didn't want an external dashboard—they needed something directly within their workflow. The product expanded to include o11 for Excel and Word, then to the full Google Workspace suite with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
What's Next
While productivity suites are a large part of user workflows, they're not the only part. o11 is expanding to enable automation directly inside any enterprise legacy app—not just duct-taped AI, but real automation across thousands of tools teams depend on.
